Owner|Operator, Randy Pritchett began way back in 1976 in Seattle, Washington working for his Father, Winfred Pritchett. Win was a true craftsman. He went to carpentry school and graduated in 1959 to become a general contractor, specializing in Spec Homes. He later transitioned to Custom homes throughout the Puget Sound Region and South Seattle.
Randy grew up in the 3200 sq ft home his Dad built in 1961, just south of downtown Seattle. Randy began working for his dad at the age of 8, scrapping job sites and helping his two brothers, Ted and Toby. It was a well respected family business.
He watched and learned all he could from his Dad. Win was a highly respected builder in the Seattle area, but the industry had changed and he decided to focus on home repair and remodeling when Randy was in his late 20's.
Randy brings nearly 35 years of quality experience, skilled craftsmanship and genuine passion to the remodeling aspect of residential construction.
Randy was ambitious and tenacious as a young man and strived to achieve praise from his Father in all he did, whether it was academics, sports or the trades. His parents gave him the nickname of "HANDY RANDY" and "LITTLE PROFESSOR" at a young age-so, he followed in his Fathers' footsteps, added his Mothers' artistic creativity and his Grandfathers inventive mindset to the work he enjoys today.
Randy brings passion, pride, creativity and his highly regarded ethics to his business. He thinks outside the box and loves the challenge of abstract creativity and skilled craftsmanship in every aspect of his work.
Randy strives to earn customer loyalty and brands himself as "relational" while remaining "on the level" with all of his clients.
I invite all to get to know Randy and give him a chance to:
